Database
The HTLV Molecular Epidemiology Database concentrates nucleotides sequences information extracted from GenBank along data gathered from it's respective articles,
compiling clinical, geographical, phylogenetics and epidemiological data.
Interface
This tool is integrated with HTLV 1-4 Typing Tool and HTLV 1 & 2 Genotype Tool, allowing user to exchange data between applications, for exemple, to use sequences from Database
to perform phylogenetic reconstruction on Typing Tool.
Up to date
Through a internal mecanism of automatic sequence download from Genbank, it is simpler to database curators to obtain new sequences and keep database
always up to date.
